Kim did an incredible job at shepherding us through our refinance during a very stressful period for us. Moreover, our stress was compounded by the Covid-19 pandemic, as we were concerned how we could get the refinance done given the quarantine constraints. However, she calmly and responsively addressed our questions and she and her team figured out workarounds as needed to keep the process running smoothly. We completed the refinance in record time compared to our previous refinances! Kim is fun and easy to work with and is very attentive. We were 110% satisfied with the price and outcome!
