Would give this place zero stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment at 1030am and was told to arrive at 10am given that I was a new patient. I was not called in until after 2pm to see the doctor. I was called into another waiting room where they had me wait again to see a nurse and then when I said I had to leave for another appointment they had me come in and see the doctor. I had a Pap smear. We know the process, it s far from a pleasant experience. I was supposed to see my results online thru the portal within a week. 2 weeks passed and nothing posted. I stared to call the office but kept reaching machines. Left a message for the nurse and received NO callback. I had to go through another office to get someone on the phone to speak to. Let me sum it up. My results were nowhere to be found. First hey said the lab lost them. Then someone called me to tell me they tossed them because they felt I didn t need a pap smear since I had one done last year a few months back . Umm hello!? Who are they to make that decision? I was incredibly beyond unpleased with them.
