Our experience at Carmen Ford Lincoln was awesome! The stigma that we have associated with car dealerships was changed after our experience at Carmen. We enjoyed the casual atmosphere, friendliness of the staff and willingness to please their customer......US! Throughout the entire process, Adam displayed patience, professionalism and a good sense of humor. It will be a pleasure to visit Carmen Ford Lincoln in the future as we will not "dread" walking into this dealership to shop for a new car!
