We asked 3 times for our bathroom towel rail to be fixed, each time receiving the reply, certainly madame, at once.
When I spoke to the manager on the 4th attempt, I was advised that the rails were swithched off during the summer, hence it being cold!
The Thalasso pool was not working and when I asked a member of staff to switch it on, the response, unsurprisingly, was certainly madame, at once.
After waiting 20 minutes I approached a different staff member to be told the pool would not be active for another hour when the spa manager turned up.
I did not find one menber of staff at the fitness reception on a 3 day break with numerous visits.

That said the facilities when working are excellent.
This was my first trip to the hairdresser who was absolutely outstanding and I would highly recommend.
