I am in Colorado Springs, CO. Have a custom made leather jacket that I had made when I was stationed in England. Over the years, it had become soiled and had a few minor tears. Heard about Arrow Fabricare Services and all the great work that they do. Sent the jacket off to them in Jan 20. Just got it back a few days ago. Everything I heard about Arrow was true and more. They truly are great. My jacket looks like new. Could not have asked for more. Fast, quick, thorough, top quality work, and super customer service. Susie was my point of contact and she was outstanding. Even tolerated me as a Green Bay Packer backer and the Chiefs play this coming weekend in Super Bowl.
