I m working for a survey for Shelters and Rescues and practically anywhere that homes dogs and animals to educate the public. I called this number and was greeted, and i explained i m looking to adopt a dog, starting the process today. the woman that answered my call replied with an attitude, Well, we are NOT a shelter, and that s not how it works. i politely thanked her for the help and hung up. So rude and didn t even ask questions to help or help her understand. Los Angeles, of all the places in the US has had the most inconvenient and rude people in the Animal Rescue community. The South has had the best. Thank you :)
