Profound foundation repair broke the water line at the edge of the foundation, the plumber said that the line pipe separated as a result of the lifting of the piers.
I called Kenny (profound owner), and his response was "look at the fine print on the contract, i'm not responsible for your plumbing"
Kenny refused to pay for the plumbing repair, and kept ignoring my messages
That's not what i expected from a company that claims "customer satisfaction" and "life time warranty"
