We have not received advertisements since Christma...

We have not received advertisements since Christmas. Before that, there have been countless missing awards. Now they just stopped completely. Today Sunday I saw a distributor on the other side of the street but there were no advertisements for us. All those complaints are useless. This is poor customer service.
