I am a long time seller on ebay, If I could give them a negative star I would. They do not protect the sellers anymore. I make and sell custom products with no returns for that reason, ebay continues to side with the buyers and forces a refund therefore killing my profits little by little. I eat every mistake the ignorant buyer makes with no support from ebay. Going somewhere else to sell my products. Customer support is a joe as well, they don't care about the sellers. Piss pour company, didn't use to be this way. sad!!!
