This place is a hidden gem. Nestled in Paradise Valley, Lon's excels at providing a serene dining experience with fresh, delightful cuisine and service that is attentive, but not intrusive. I like to bring my grandmother here for breakfast. At 7am, the weather allows for patio seating in a stunning southwestern garden setting - although the air-conditioned interior is also comfortable, in a rustic, western way. Our servers were Giancarlo and Humberto, and they graciously made us feel at home. I feel that we are treated like old friends when these guys take care of us. The avocado toast here is topped with bright cherry tomatoes and a fried egg and is the highlight of their breakfast menu in my opinion. I hear the Dinner experience here is fantastic too, but we haven't had the pleasure yet. Anyway, top marks, all around.<br/>Here's a bonus pic of my grandmother enjoying some bacon on the Lon's patio.
