Outstanding service and support throughout. Elise, Malcolm and the team from James&Smith Funeral Directors, Swanage were brilliant and we can't thank them enough for all their help at a very difficult time, plus managing the added restrictions of Covid smoothly. They were kind, caring and supportive and treated our dear Dad with the utmost dignity and respect. The drive past the Care Home in Swanage where Dad passed away was a special touch. They helped things go very smoothly and were extremely professional at all times. We would highly recommend them. Thank you.
