Gaming: Slots here are pretty tight compared to Pechanga. You will see a hit from time to time but nothing consistent like Pechanga
Rooms: The rooms are dated! They suites are decent. I have stayed at Harrah's 4 times. The first time we stayed here, My mom and I stayed in a Handicapped accessible room and when we first got settled, looking in the bathroom there was a black bag hanging on the wall! Thought nothing of it! Looked at the shower head and was filled with lime deposits! The vent in the bathroom was full of dirt/dust debris. I look in the bathroom and decided to look in the bag and it was a portable hair dryer! But why would a hotel offer two hair dryers one attached to the wall and one in a bag? To top it off I go to throw something in the trash and there was a rotten black banana peel! I know housekeeping only spread the bed! I found two quarters near the refridgerator which was oddly placed on the floor and when we tried to use it, it never got cool! Ugh! Second time we stayed, we were upgraded to a suite. Which was nice and free. The two other times we stayed here it was in the Queen Double Occupancy Room.
Towels? Why for a double occupancy room are their only two body towels. The only time we had enough towels in the room were when we were in the suite and that was only because of the jacuzzi style tub. If 4 people can sleep in a room then there should atleast be 4 body towels.
WiFi? Why is there no free WiFi for paying staying guest? You still charge for WiFi. Geesh even McDonalds and Denny's have free WiFi.

Service: Their reservation staff are not that knowledgeable. My very first stay, my room for 1 night was about $122+tax and surcharge! I made a deposit of $110 and upon check out the clerk stated that there was a charge of about $22 but she couldnt figure out why. I said well my deposit plus all taxes and room fees wouldnt that leave a balance. She said "oh yea" most likely and while she was trying to figure that out, asked me when I checked in. I'm thinking to myself, Umm, doesn't it show on your computer screen! She asked if if I wanted to use my reward credits to pay for the balance so I said sure! 10 minutes later Im still at the desk because she used all of my credits and left me with 0! Really? I asked if I need to go to the rewards booth and she said no they have to fill out a form. How will I know if my credits will be reapplied! Why do I now have to do the legwork when your staff messed up.
On another occasion, I checked in and used my debit card. I was told that when I check out it my deposit will be returned as soon as I check out. When I checked out, even though my room was free I wasn't offered a receipt for check in or out as well, I was then told that my deposit since it was on a debit card could take atleast 30 days! Really?
On another check in occasion, I was given two keys so I get all my stuff and my mom stuff and head to the room and my mom is older and disabled so it takes longer. We get to the door and they keys don't work. I was told if any problems I can call downstairs and get help. So they send someone from housekeeping to swipe the cards. Ummm, I said the keys don't work why would you send someone from housekeeping to swipe bad keys. So he was really nice but he told me to use the phone to call back down to the desk. I call back down to the desk a second time and was told that I have to come back downstairs and get new keys. So you mean, i would have to either leave my luggage upstairs why I run back downstairs for new keys or drag it back down with me? Why kind of service is this? Again your staff mess up and I, the customer has to do the legwork to get necessary basic services.
