I'm not a fan of dealerships and thought I would never purchase a car from one and certainly wouldn't go there for service. Well ... St Charles Nissan has changed my mind.

How? It wasn't one thing. It was the result of several interactions with different people from different parts of the dealership - from sales to finance to service to parts. Every person has been helpful, sincere, and honest. Just simple good people stuff.

I don't leave a lot of reviews and I don't have any personal connections to the people at St Charles Nissan. But, when a company is doing things right from end to end it's worth a positive mention. Nice work St Charles Nissan - you all are doing things the right way!
