Booked a room and golf for a Saturday in April. Because it was during COVID I asked what the cancellation policy was and they said 24 hours. I cancelled 72 hours in advance. 3 months later I m still waiting for the refund. Called 3 times and was told it was delayed 30 days due to COVID. It s been 3 months. Disorganized, dishonest and overrated.
