we are anything but happy with our purchase of a couch and loveseat and in fact after 1 year we have developed neck and shoulder issues.. the furniture is very uncomfortable and has many flaws which were brought to the attention of the store and customer service in the first 6 months. a service rep was sent out and we were told that all deficiencies were within "specification" or guidelines. we took our problems one step further and dealt directly with the store manager who after a few weeks indicated that customer service was not responding to her.
we certainly will not be recommending La-z-Boy and are chalking this purchase up to a very expensive mistake.
