I came here to sell some gold jewelry quite a few times. Long story short, the employees are very polite but they tried to rob me for every penny that they could. I had my items tested somewhere else before bringing them here and after the women helping me tested them in the back, she lied to me and told me that they were a lower karat. When I told her that I knew what karat they were, she said she must have seen it wrong?! That's not possible when testing jewelry. I called to get the buying prices before I drove there and when I arrived they were going to give me hundreds less. Luckily I got the name of the women who I spoke to.They also WAY overestimated the weight of the stones and really pushed me to sell saying how accurate their estimating abilities are. I decided to remove them myself and it made a difference of around 150$ on just two pieces. All three times I have been here, they have tried to scam me out of a lot of money. So please be careful if you sell here. I would recommend that you go ANYWHERE else.
