Very strange company, especially in distribution questionable.

During working hours you should not talk to colleagues.
After all, one should work, because one gets paid for it.
Literally, the management said "salary at the end of the month on account would be motivation enough".

The colleagues cohesion was now and then, but limited to the bare necessities, which was a pity.

There are no interesting tasks. The only interesting thing in my eyes was watching growing grass.

The communication is from top to bottom.

Work-life balance
Here are unfortunately very bad, more work, therefore less private time. Balance is definitely not that way.

Tasks and instructions must not be questioned. The commutes are long and complicated.

equal rights
Does not take place. Does not exist at all.

The company is forward-looking, but there are shortcomings from all areas.

The only program you work with is EXCEL.
It works only with EXCEL nothing else!

Everything is very outdated.
