I booked this hotel from 12/29 to 01/01/2017 to celebrate new year in Chicago.
At checkin (Friday evening ) i told the guy that I don t need cleaning services only fresh towels every day he assured me that s noted... he give me the keys and showed me where s the elevator... I have to mention that when I checked in there was another couple checking-in and the person who tucked care of them informed them were they can eat/have a drink... I think the guy who took care of me didn t like my face... so I went to my room. The room ... stains on the carpet.. some dust .. some lights from the bead not working...AND THE BEAD VERY VERY HARD... so Saturday passed by I didn t got any fresh towels... Sunday the same. No fresh towels. So Sunday at 3:30 I give up and I checked out and I booked another hotel for one day. At checkout I complained about everything thing and there answers was we apologize for the inconvenience we re changing our mattresses with new ones ... I will never go back there.
