My client and I were extremely satisfied with all steps of the process.
Jeff had great design suggestions for integrating new flooring with older existing hardwood. He took the time to visit the job site numerous times before any decisions were made to make sure we were making the best choice. He carefully explained exactly all the steps involved to create the least disturbance as the entire house needed carpet removed and hardwood installed.
The quality of the wood, the installation and follow-up were all excellent.
After 40 years of interior design experience, I cannot think of many other companies with the integrity of MacDonald Hardwoods.
