The location and decoration for this place gives it the opportunity to be outstanding, however there was a few elements that let it down.
Firstly, the atmosphere wasn t good. The place is very quiet and there isn t enough buzz. If I am going to a funky restaurant and spending money on the food I want there to be a good buzz yet there wasn t.
The food was tasty to be fair. Sushi very good and the adaptation of the Japanese menu was interesting. Definitely take the cod. Drinks are on the pricey side but that s to be expected and we enjoyed a very good bottle of wine.
I will return but only once it has a better vibe.
