Horrible nursing staff no experience. They have no nurse managers for the whole company and it is being ran by someone who is not a nurse. The physicians give good care, but can not be fully done because supporting staff is not trained or educated. The nurses are not Oncology Certified Nurses.
I recently received 20 radiation treatments at MRO and I was impressed with the excellent care I received as well as the concern for how I was feeling from all the care professionals at MRO. Each day I was treated like they were there for me and they answered whatever questions or concerns that I had. It made what was a very stressful time of my life very manageable. Can't thank all of them enough!
Dr Wattson and ALL the staff at MRO treated me with kindness and professionalism. Throughout my 38 radiation treatments, they accommodated every schedule change I needed due to my ever changing work schedule. I was happy to be done with my treatment, but sad that my daily interaction with these wonderful people has come to an end.
Polite, professional, responsive. Latest technology and treatment specs. But, doctor and staff were impersonal and seem to want to rush you through their system. I felt like a case number not a human being. If you desire compassionate cancer care, go elsewhere.
