Bought a "new" battery for my iphone 4s to replace...

Bought a "new" battery for my iphone 4s to replace a old battery that was starting to go. When i got home i found out that new battery purchased did not work, when i returned with receipt in hand they did not accept it and accused me of bringing an old battery because the one i am trying to return "was at least 10 years old and i did not buy it from them" accused me of being a scammer several times and laughed at my truthful complaint

i have been a customer for a long time but will not be going back or purchasing anything from them again. They refused to give me my money back or even exchange for an actual new battery.. did not admit any fault or possible mistake just accused me of being a scammer for a 30$ battery.
