I want to rate them zero !Terrible. Difficult to get someone on the line and when I do the connection is terrible. I just tried and the CS rep is in India. Phone connection breaks up. PHH Mortgage doesn t care about their customers. AND I m trying to make a payment ! HSBC had the loan and transferred it to PHH. FRUSTRATING !!
