Probably the best meal I have had in Seattle. They do very classic dishes but they do them really well. They also are big on wine and sommeliers here know there stuff. I was treated to a multi course dinner and wine pairing that really allowed me to experience their menu and there was nothing on it I didn't like. Their cassoulet was uber rich and delicious. Their scallops on the other hand, were light and delicate. Their starters of ahi tuna crisps, maitake tempura mushrooms (OMG), and other little canapes were all delicious. I don't even remember what dessert was but it was divine.
I've also come for lunch and had an equally good experience. I had their daily special which was a cioppino and probably the best I've ever had. I love that their portions aren't humongous but they also don't leave you wanting more, I think because of their flavor and richness. Their prices for lunch are quite reasonable. I definitely want to come check out their happy hour some time!
