TERRIBLE experience working in the MAD PROJECTS DIVISION!!!

Wiesner Products was overall a great company to work for, the company had many divisions, an amazing showroom, and, overall, friendly and hardworking employees, but I will highly advise, to working within the Mad Projects division. It will not matter, however, talented and productive you are, if the SENIOR DESIGNER, personally dislikes you, he will fabricate and CONTRIVE LIES about your performance to have you TERMINATED!

The division had an unprofessional, cliquey environment, constantly gossiping and creating distractions, so it was difficult to focus on your work. If you don't "kiss the head designer's a**" or laugh at all his jokes, he will personally dislike you. The senior designer was arrogant and biased, he would have you constantly revising the same project for hours, just because it wasn't up to par with his opinions and expectations, it wouldn't matter what other designers and the production team would think.

The team in this division would also constantly have their office door closed (the only office with its door closed!), to not hear the voice of the owner's mother, who worked in the adjacent room. They would laugh and criticize her everytime she spoke, and I, personally, felt very uncomfortable with this.

Hopefully management will read this review, and reconsider hiring such unprofessional, biased employees in this department!!!
