We leased a car from Conicelli 3 years ago and were very pleased with the experience. When it came time to return our lease and re-lease a new car, we naturally went here first. This time, pretty much every aspect of the experience has been terrible. When we arrived for our appointment, the salesman was nowhere to be found - turns out he was sick and didn't bother to call in to tell anyone. The salesman who picked up the appointment was a trainee with zero skills or knowledge - 100% not ready to be with customers. We ended up walking out. An hour later, I got a phone call from the Sales Manager who had no clue we were there that day. He was very polite and professional while trying to save the sale - and offered a great deal, which we were able to have matched by another dealership. Now, 10 days later, I'm still getting phone calls and emails from Conicelli employees who have no clue our car is currently sitting on their lot for sale. Now that the Sales Manager knows he won't be getting our business, he was rude and aggressive. His true colors. The whole dealership seems to struggle with communication and professionalism.

Also of note: their Covid precautions were the bare minimum, especially compared to the other dealership we went to. And on the day of our appointment, 2 Conicelli salespeople were out sick. Very concerning.
