don't take your dog here! my dog almost died from his bad attentions. I chose this place to leave my two dogs for four days after having visited the facilities on a tour that the owner gave me. It is worth mentioning that one of my dogs had to take medication at specific times and I was given an instruction sheet for every one of them. when we got to pick them up, they urinated for hours, we had to bathe them because they were full of urine (when they were supposed to have done it) worst of all is that upon my arrival they told me that they changed his medication schedule! without consulting me! the dog did not eat for four days and his bones are coming out! Nobody warned me that something is wrong to make decisions! to ask for a refund of 610 usd to pay, the owner did not even want to show her face! his explanation was lie after lies, now it turns out that my dogs were troublesome! and because they didn't say anything! Why change the hours of his medications arguing that they had no one at night who could give it to him! pprque if they did not eat they did not ask me if they changed the food ... I would have paid more, I do not care, I would have sent someone, but they did not say anything ... this is inacetaple, I have my dog in the hospital for his lack of professionalism! They only tell people they want to hear to keep the money, they took away the right to decide for my pets and this is asking for their health! They didn't take it out because they were afraid of it ... then why did they accept it if they don't know how to handle it! I hope no one else has to go through this
