Just going to add my voice to the sea of bad reviews.
Ordered a desk. They took the money. On the day of delivery, I received an email to say they were out of stock. They then offered me an alternative. I didn't want the alternative they suggested. As soon as I mentioned the word 'Refund' they mysteriously went quiet.
I've noticed they're sending all one star reviewers the same response:
"We would like to take the opportunity to resolve any outstanding issues you may have. If you could please email CustomerResolutionTeam@furnitureatwork.co.uk and attach your order reference to the email and this will be treated as a priority."
I'd love to know how they're going to treat that many people as a priority. This seems like just another way of stalling and making people wait for their refunds.
Terrible company. Terrible customer service.
