Estimator lied about cost of toilet, even knowing the toilet would not fit, as explained during visit, you still failed to measure for yourself and still knowing this toilet would not fit without doing a remodel of the bathroom you installed the bowl anyhow! Then gave me options for remodeling the bathroom. Then you left for 2 weeks I did not hear back after multiple calls. Finally a complaint email was answered however it was backward, I WANTED YOU TO COME PICK UP YOUR TOILET AND LEAVE AGREEING TO PAY 200.00 FOR INSTALLING THE WATER CUT OFF VALVE NOT FOR YOU TO GIVE ME 200.00 AND LEAVE ME WITH A TOILET THAT DOES NOT WORK AND COSTS ME 900.00! YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. Word of mouth is the best advertisement and what do you think I'll be saying on yelp and Facebook and everyone I know when it comes to your services. You lie and stealYou should be ashamed of yourself. I've trie so hard to work this matter out and I can't even get a phone call removed!
