"I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE ZERO STARS BUT GOOGLE DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO" I work at the Hotel Elysee as the Head concierge and If your looking to make reservations at this place, save yourself a headache and do not even bother. The worst and most unprofessional reservation staff I have ever encountered in my 15 years of concierge. Our Guest that we have sent in the past have not had a good experience and I can see why now. We never write reviews but when your business is being run bad your employees people need to know about it. We here at our Hotel are all about customer service and this restaurants staff clearly does not know any off. If your looking for Sushi restaurants in NYC there are plenty of other great places well worth trying.
