Sushi Yasuda offers traditional simple sushi without frills. The food here is fresh and the decor is modern. While I wasn't able to snag a seat at the sushi bar, I still enjoyed my experience at Sushi Yasuda.

They have a list of different types of fish that you can order as well as an option to opt for the omakase, which ranges based on "how hungry you are." After having been to other sushi restaurants, I was more used to choosing between a 10 piece omakase or an 18 piece omakase etc., however I was a little taken aback by the sudden freedom I had to choose whatever my heart (or stomach) desired.

My favorites were the scallop, medium fatty tuna, and the three types of eels. There was also a delicious black cod appetizer as part of the omakase that ranked pretty high on my list.

While the food and service was great, there are plenty of options in the city that offer similar omakase meals for a cheaper price. However, it's definitely worth checking out for the experience.
