We had been looking for a car for a while and came across one at Youngblood in Springfield. The internet price would be considered false advertising (unless you read the fine print located somewhere else on the website of course). We drove an hour and fifteen minutes to get there and found out we only qualified for one rebate, therefore the car was another thousand dollars than it was listed as online. We didn t buy the car that night due to this and we were quite frustrated. Later the salesman contacted us and made us deal to sell it as the advertised price online, we ended up buying it because it was a good deal; and we liked the car of course. We weren t happy about the bait and switch that they pulled with us, but other than that great service. The two salesman we worked with were excellent (Jon Soloman & Austin Massey). However, the gentlemen that worked with us on the loan (Steve Green) was very condescending toward us, and almost seemed to belittle us for not purchasing any warranty s.
