Had internet install for my mother-in-law. When the tech was finished, I noticed they had spelled her name wrong which I promptly pointed out. He responded that it would be fixed. When the bill arrived, they error had not been corrected. She called WOW and was told that she would have to go in to one of the offices to get it fixed. The closest office is about 25-30 miles away - She is elderly... I called and am being told the same thing - I described the situation several times and am being told the same thing. You mean to tell me that there is no one AT ALL in the call center that has the power to fix a simple issue such as this so as not to but an elderly woman thru this sort of thing? Even a younger person should not be subject to this sort of thing when it was the fault of the company and NOT the customer.
