Scheduled my FAA Part 107 test through PSI/CATS - ...

Scheduled my FAA Part 107 test through PSI/CATS - arrived today for it and was told the "proctor was not available". According to the pleasant yet fairly unhelpful front desk guy, the proctor knew earlier in the week that a test was booked yet elected not to call and resolve the issue before I wasted 90 minutes in the car and blocked out my afternoon to take the exam. Poor communication and indifference really seem like qualities you'd NOT want in a flight school. All around disappointing experience at an otherwise nice facility. I'll definitely be finding another test site.
