I ordered two coffee machines, one blue and one orange and they sent me a blue coffee machine and instead of the orange one a toaster, impossible to contact the always busy service, you can't talk to anyone. Order reference YA19137136. The code of the label affixed to the package is that of the product I ordered (orange diesse frog) but in its place they sent another product. I also wrote to their assistance and via paypal but for now no response.

A young lady from the assistance contacted me, we agreed to organize the collection of the toaster and I made a new purchase for the coffee machine to receive it by Christmas. I must say that they were very quick in starting the new order that I have already received and 2 days ago courier has withdrawn the toaster. I am awaiting a refund that I have not received yet. I hope to hear from you on Monday.

Today is February 11th and I still haven't received my money back !!!!! BUY ELSEWHERE !!!
