I had trouble with the control panel on my Vecoplan shredder what can I say.
Unbelievable service, immediate dispatch of an engineer who diagnosed and resolved the problem in a few days (once parts received). Follow up call received 1 week later to ensure everything was working as it should. A pleasure to deal with and will be my first port of call and recommendation to any one having issues.
