I got a call saying I have not been paying for the...

I got a call saying I have not been paying for the past 3 months. I check my banking account and the payments are there and I have my conformation numbers. I told them that I have the proof and they said "that doesn't prove anything". They also said they have sent letters in the mail stating we are past due. IPL says we have 40 minutes to pay $1400 in order for them to hold the disconnection. I called again to ask questions and the operator literally began to yell at me over the phone. WORST COMPANY EVER
