This district attorney's office is the worst in the nation and is the reason Fulton County has high crime. The DA's office practices the "dead docket" program. A lot of DA's offices practice this but what makes it so bad in Fulton County is they are doing dead dockets with repeat offenders and violent offenders. Just recently the Fulton County DA office under the leadership of Paul L. Howard Jr did a dead docket for an aggravated assault and among other crimes for one individual and then the same individual was charged with murder months later. Paul L.Howard Jr programs are causing more crime and causing bad ideas from other lawyers in the county like reducing fines to register to vote. Fines help counties pay for court, build treasury, and help hospitals, how would reducing them help the county? Registering to vote is not as important as the things I listed because the things i listed help all of us in a tangible way. If law enforcement reads this like Fulton County Sheriff, GBI, or FBI, please do a thorough investigation into this office, something is just not right. Start with finding every dead docket then you be the judge.
