My only complaint is that Larry Miller seems to want to start with a low initial quote, the add on things. My best example is tire rotation. It is recommended at 30000 miles. When I schedule a 30000 mile maintenance appointment, I expect all items recommended by RAM to be included, not as added cost extras. List everything, then allow customers to remove what they don't want to pay for. Stop being like the airlines, where everything except peanuts is an extra charge.,
