I was referred to this company by Apple. I brought my MacBook Pro in for issues that I m having with it. They charged me $95 which was fine at the time. I was told that I would receive the laptop the next day. They called me and told me there were more issues than they thought. When I asked what was the problem, they hadn t even ran a diagnosis on it yet. I spoke to Joy and when I asked her what the problem was she could not even tell me what the problem was. The only thing she said was that they would order some parts that might fix the issue. They were going to try to use those parts on the laptop and see if it would work and if not they would return the parts. I decided to pick up my laptop a week later and when I came in to get it they told me they hadn t even touched it yet. Which meant that a whole week I was being fed lies. Customer service was terrible. The only bright side is that Davis (someone I spoke to the first day) was very nice and professional. Then Joy took over. She was very rude, held my laptop for a week after I was told it would only take one day and after I explained to her that I needed it for my daughters home school. When I called asking for it, she told me that they hadn t ordered the parts. So in the end I had a horrible experience with this company and decided to just take my laptop somewhere else. I was charged $95 for no service. My laptop basically just sat in their shop for a week.
