As a regular visitor to Galway. I have dines numberous times in both yr resturant. Last yr i order toasted sandwiches 2 were very very burn which were turned upside down.i dismissed as a once off error.but today my husband and I had a beef dinner ...my serving was a end piece ...tough and burnt. Uneateable. Hope u willbe able to address yr standers in this area.
