I'm not happy. Hoping to save money, I drove out to Redlands to find out more about dental implants. After paying a fee I was given a cursory exam with a vague estimate of cost (which was more than I was quoted by my own dentist). However, I was told someone would contact me (by phone or email) about a follow-up appointment including an exact estimate that would include what my insurance might cover.

After more than a month I heard nothing and had to contact Loma Linda myself. This time I was told there was little chance of my insurance helping (and that I'd have to pursue that on my own).

I don't think this will be worth a second trip.
