Nick was an excellent representation of quality service and exemplary employee who knows how to show the humanity today's work force is lacking, Frank on the other hand, showed nothing but the complete opposite of the previous statements, he was short with me in communication, dismissed my questions, and pawned off his responsibilities onto Nick, who I personally think should be the one handling those duties.
