Never lived a stay in a 4 star like this one! First night the crib was not installed for my 2 year old daughter so she had to sleep with us. 2nd night we went back to the hotel and the cleaning was not done or the towels in the bathroom handed the bed not done ... we contacted the concierge and they sent us 3 cleaning ladies 20 minutes later. We wanted to wait at the pool while the room was redone and the between us was denied because the maximum cota of people was reached ... so we had to watch the maids do their job sitting on the couch my husband my daughter and me! No excuses were presented to us at any time. I do not recommend at all
