We have never had an issue with the customer service from A#1 Air; but we have had issues with a defective unit, which was finally replaced, under warranty, in December 2014.
I ve been in contact with one of their reps (Dave) for over a year now regarding the purchase of a replacement system for our upstairs unit for our home. Of course, when the weather is at its worst our downstairs system (the one that was replaced in December 2014) began having issues again. I contacted Dave and he made sure that we were put on the top of the list for someone to come out to take a look at what was wrong with our downstairs unit.
We were surprised when Dave, along with his assistant Alan showed up to diagnose the problem with our system. While they were here they looked at the layout of our home, looked at the intakes and returns, looked at the duct work, and then made some suggestions that could possibly make our a/c and heating system work more efficiently for us.
They spent the time needed to make sure all of our questions were answered and our concerns were addressed. We made the decision to add a zone management system to our downstairs unit and replace the old upstairs unit as well. Alan even took the time to write some specific directions that will be given to the installers, so there should not be any questions about what was discussed and what is required for our home. We understand that the manufactured goods don t always work their best, but it s good to know that with A#1 Air will provide the customer service to try to make a unpleasant situation better.
