We purchased a house from Holmes Homes 3 years ago. During the 2 years of the original warranty they fixed plenty of things for us. They were always timely and responsive. We are now 3 years down the road and are experiencing a faulty HVAC compressor. I sent an email to their warranty department and 5 minutes after receiving the email Patrick and Alan called to follow up and let me know they would help me get the issue resolved with the HVAC contractor. Designing, building and purchasing a house can be difficult and stressful, but Holmes Homes has been great to work with at every turn.
