They charged me 3 month for extra charges on my internet and the best part is that on my last month of services with them, they charged me over $400 of internet charges when I was already with Bell and their modem was unplugged for over a month. Worse company I have ever dealt with and happy to be back at BELL for a much cheaper rate for phone and internet services.
