after much excitement for the kids and pressure for the parents we have reached London. Well no THANKS to URANUS or MR. Ramesh. Mr. Ramesh had become like the villain (volddemort) . He promised us one itinerary and a group to take care of us here at London. After we reached here the group taking care of us is a 3rd party, barely into the business. All our itinerary was changed. Also because they didn't guide us properly we ended up spending extra money for visas and one of our member had to join us one day late. The trauma and expense we accepted but the changes in plans. The guide here gave a report of our feelings to Mr. Ramesh whom still has not attempted to call us still. We are here now in London with mixed deep feelings. I wished Mr. Ramesh understands the value of time and money of others. We depend on Travel agency so they will use their expertise to make our trave experience amazing. I will make sure none my colleagues nor friends use this organization.
