Complaint filed against a local business (Patriot ...

Complaint filed against a local business (Patriot Sunrooms) and it's sub-contractor. In about 1 or 2 days, got a message the complaint was going to arbitration, then in 1 or 2 more days got a message that complaint was closed. Called BBB, asked why closed. The BBB told me of at least 3 lies by a person at the company. Told BBB rep that they were not told the truth by the person and should re-open the complaint. BBB person no, will not do it. This is VERY fishy !!! Talked in person and on phone with BBB reps. Told them the BBB ratings are worthless, and they have NO credibility !!
