MEMORABLE - Very few restaurants on earth where you'll remember your time there and this one is probably at the top of the list. Special occasion (birthday for wife) and staff was MOST accommodating. Daniela, the head hostess, received my request for a window table and after a minimal wait we were seated >> View - INCREDIBLE & FANTASTIC, bar none.
Our last visit to Eiffel Tower Vegas two years ago was vivid and special, so I knew we would return. Our waiter, Anthony, was superb. He was attentive and never more than a moment away. He had an engaging grin, was fully knowledgeable and you can tell he loves working there. That counts!
For dinner my wife had the succulent "Queen" cut of filet mignon, and she could not even it all. I dined on the Bison tenderloin garnished with wild mushrooms and it was delicious. For beginnings we had the smoked salmon appetizer, so good; and for sides we opted for the asparagus and potato gratin, also delicious.
We're not big eaters so we opted to pass on the desert souffle (which must be ordered at the same time as your meal due to preparation) but had it the first visit so I can attest to it's amazing flavor. A chocolate lover's paradise. Now that as I write this we should have gotten it to go. Next time..
The staff would not let us go without that special touch since we were celebrating a birthday so a sample of their exquisite mousse was shared followed by a silver artist palette of flavorful ice sorbets. Amazing,Yummy.
A very special Thank You to General Manager Lyle Tolhurst. His handling of the restaurant reminds me of a symphony conductor. He covers every detail and staff action. On hand and engaging. THANKS TO YOU SIR.
If in Vegas, put this on your list and make your reservation in advance, your spouse/family (prospective business partner) will love you for it and the memory will stay with you forever. We'll be back for sure..
